These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by PoopZero (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our customers.

Services

PoopZero provides residential dog waste removal and optional yard deodorising services within selected service areas in Australia.

Subscriptions

Where services are provided on a subscription basis, payments are charged monthly in advance. Subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their yard at the scheduled service time. If access is not available, the visit may be skipped without refund.

Health & Safety

Services may be postponed due to unsafe conditions, extreme weather, aggressive animals, or hazards present on the property.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to amend service schedules, pricing, or service offerings with reasonable notice.

Liability

While all reasonable care is taken, PoopZero is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unsecured items, or hazards not disclosed by the customer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
