Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Because services are scheduled and operational resources are allocated in advance, refunds are not provided for unused services within a billing period.

Missed Visits

If a service cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or other issues beyond our control, the visit may be skipped without refund.

Service Issues

If you believe a service has not been carried out as agreed, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address the issue.

One-off Services

For one-off or ad-hoc services, refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
