If you’re just outside our service zone, reach out — if 5–10 households in your area are interested, we may add your street to our route.
Commercial services are available Melbourne-wide.

We visit your property on a scheduled weekly or twice-weekly basis.
We collect all dog waste from your yard, bag it, and dispose of it, and sanitise our equipment before leaving.

No — as long as your gate is accessible, you don’t need to be home.
We send a photo of your gate closed and locked after every visit for your peace of mind.

For residential customers, we will double bag the waste and place it into your own bins. 

Absolutely.
We sanitise all equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant between every clean to prevent any risk of cross-contamination.

Yes, we supply and install high-quality dog waste stations suitable for parks, body corporates, trails, developments, and public environments.

 

Yes. We offer weekly, twice-weekly, and triple-weekly maintenance for commercial stations.
This includes:

  • Emptying the bin

  • Replacing liners

  • Replenishing bags

  • Sanitising contact points

  • Reporting any damage or vandalism

No — commercial needs vary widely.
We provide tailored quotes depending on usage, number of stations, and required service frequency.

If 5–10 neighbours in your street or building are interested, we may expand our route into your area.
We can even help with a letterbox drop to build interest.

For every friend or neighbour you refer who signs up, you BOTH receive $20 off your next billing cycle.
There’s no limit — refer as many as you like!

When your friend signs up, they simply mention your name or enter it in the referral field.
Once they complete their first billing cycle, the credits apply automatically.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your service at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
